Classic Signs & T-Shirts provides custom signage, vehicle graphics, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, and related design and installation services for businesses in Rhode Island, Eastern Connecticut, and Southern Massachusetts.
All services are subject to availability, capacity, and approval based on project scope.
All quotes provided are based on the information submitted via our website, phone, or email. Quotes are not final until reviewed and confirmed by our team. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes.
We reserve the right to revise or withdraw a quote at any time prior to acceptance.
We may require a deposit or full payment prior to starting work, depending on the type and size of the project. All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party platforms. We do not store sensitive financial information on our servers.
Late payments may result in project delays, additional fees, or order cancellation.
Turnaround times will be communicated during the quoting or ordering process. We make every effort to meet deadlines, but cannot guarantee timelines affected by supply chain delays, client response times, or force majeure events (weather, power outages, etc.).
Before production begins, you may be asked to approve design proofs. It is your responsibility to review all details (spelling, layout, colors, sizing, etc.). Once approved, Classic Signs & T-Shirts is not responsible for errors or omissions.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding their project, timeline, and design assets. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use any logos, images, or content you provide.
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a job is in production. If a cancellation request is made before production has started, a cancellation fee may apply based on time and materials used.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue.
All designs created by Classic Signs & T-Shirts remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or resell designs without permission.
Client-submitted artwork remains the property of the client, and we do not claim ownership.
You agree not to misuse this website or its content. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false information, or interfering with its functionality.
We reserve the right to block or remove access for users who violate these terms.
Classic Signs & T-Shirts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that service.
